Once you receive your trees/shrubs, immediately inspect for damage. All claims have to be made within 24 hours of arrival. We will replace any damaged items free of charge, but require the customer to pay freight for replacement items.
Flatwood Natives provides no guarantee as to the survival of the trees/shrubs we sell. We do guarantee your trees/shrubs are delivered moist and properly packaged. It is important to follow planting and care guidelines.
We do not accept total replacement/returns. We assure that our trees are in good health when they leave our nursery. If there is a problem with the quantity and/or species please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. If you feel that damage has been done to the tree during shipment, please report this immediately to us so that we can contact the carrier to resolve the issue.
